Jim Vincent has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, and has combined that knowledge along with his previous thirty-year career in electrical engineering, hospital construction and program management into a successful real estate career with RE/MAX Gateway, a franchise affiliated with the leading real estate brokerage in the world.

But, Jim is also a skilled negotiator with an exceptional reputation as someone who can quickly identify the central issue of a challenge and determine a path to resolution. He’s also an accomplished marketer with a keen ability to find and focus on specific target markets for his agents, and clients and help position them for success.

On a daily basis, Jim believes one of the most important parts of what he does is to serve the needs of his agents, and provide them with the support and knowledge they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.

For his personal real estate clients, Jim takes pride in being able to provide them with the highest level of service and the real estate information they need to make the best decision for themselves or their family.

Jim is also dedicated to giving back to the community from which he earns his living and is currently an active volunteer for a variety of community and professional associations, a volunteer Little League Umpire (1999-Current), and has served on the boards of several philanthropic organizations such as, Friends of Kirov Academy of Ballet, Washington, DC (President 2012-15); Dominion Stage Community Theatre (Board Member, 2009-12); & the Loudoun County Junior Golf Association (Founding President, 2003).
